Brand Engagement
Once you’ve arrived at a killer brand story it’s time to share it with the world. Well, I want to help you do that, too. I’ll work with you to establish a strategic, creative plan to interact with your “Tribe” of supporters, volunteers, customers or prospects. We’ll look at all the tools available to us, ranging from traditional advertising avenues such as print or radio to the burgeoning opportunities afforded by social media to off-the-wall sponsorships of alien landings at a bluegrass music festival.
Together, we’ll dive into your audiences’ heads, learning everything we can about them. How they feel about your company and industry. Where they go for information about your product or service. What kind of pet they would own. Where they go on vacation. If they’d be a Mac or PC.
We want to uncover all the tactics available that are highly relevant and as minimally interruptive as possible. Our goal is to keep your brand at the forefront of their mind as they make their purchase decision and then provide post-purchase support as they interact with and (hopefully) tell their friends how awesome you are.
In the end, you’ll have a clear idea of what tools you’re going to use, how to fold them into your current marketing efforts, how much it’s going to cost and an initial timeline for implementation.
