I can’t believe I’m doing this.

I’m hiring my first employee.

That’s right. TheToddRamsey.com is expanding. And I need your (or someone-who-has–more-experience-than-you-do’s) help to do it.

So what kind of person is the right fit for the team? Well, let me tell you.

Primary Tasks:

  • Tweet on my behalf. I’m getting kind of busy, so I’ll give you an approved list of words and topics and ask that you communicate with my followers for me.
  • Keep my Facebook page updated. My Facebook presence is severely lacking. There are some really fun things happening in my office and with my presentations that could be great status updates, photos or videos.
  • Keep my iPhone updated. I’m a Mac-fanboy, but keeping my phone updated with the newest and latest apps is a chore I don’t have time for. I’ll look to my new team member to keep me current.
  • Be a sounding board for all my crazy ideas. I want to write a novel, screenplay and telenovela. Obviously, I have the talent and skill to do these things. But I need someone to bounce the ideas off of.
  • Take notes at client meetings and in workshops.
  • Build mobile applications for clients.
  • Convert all my old PowerPoint presentations into Keynote versions and upload them to Slideshare.


Skills:

  • 8 years experience with Facebook
  • 7 years experience in Twitter
  • Strong communication skills (multi-lingual a plus)
  • Strong Google skills (primarily, being able to search without relying on auto-complete)
  • Impeccable editing and grammatical ability
  • Easy-going, go-getter attitude
  • Coffee wallah
